“Kumain Ng Wato At Maging Aktibo…. Push Natin To!” is the theme of the 2019 Nutrition Month Celebration. In this line, Eating Healthy Foods and Become Active….. Let’s Push This! Are the way to avoid all the negative thoughts that are coming to face us anytime and anywhere. Eating healthy foods like apples, oranges, ampalaya, carrot, cabbage, tomatoes, and other are good and rich in calcium, protein, carbohydrates, iron, vitamins, and minerals. And become active, doing a stretching after you woke up or do an easy exercise to wake your muscles and become strong. Biking, running, hiking, swimming and doing an outdoor game are example of cardio vascular endurance that can manage our heart properly. And specially do your daily routine.
We Filipino were prone to diseases and we know that eating nutrition is the best way to avoid it. We should be more knowledgeable to be avoid in any diseases may come. We must push eating healthy foods and be active at all time to become brave, strong and nurture. “Kumain ng wasto at maging aktibo, push natin to..” to be a better person and for the next generation.
